Great to be back

So last night was my first visit to the gym since last Thursday. When I first got there I was a bit lazy and was not motivated at all, but after about 15 min on the treadmill I was good to go!It felt good to get back to the gym and get my heart pumping and the blood flowing.

My weeknights just got busy again as my daughter just started spring soccer and I will be assisting with the team. We will be practicing twice a week so I will need to schedule my workouts around this.

In just under 2 weeks it will be time to check my progress. I am a little worried that I may not be were I would like to be. I will cross that bridge when I come to it. Until then I will continue to work my behind off and just stay focused.
